An accepted house opens https://capeculturaltours.co.za/door, taps Continue with Google, and chooses the email the director accepted. That email is the key. It opens only that house’s own space. A different inbox does not open the door.

The partner may change only its own name, place, account, telephone, website, and photograph. Guests see the section only after the director sets the door to Open.

The staff entrance is https://capeculturaltours.co.za/staff. Only bookings@capeculturaltours.co.za may enter there. Partners do not get a staff login.
