This website, capeculturaltours.co.za, and the Cape House Network published on it, belong to CAPE CULTURAL TOURS (PTY) LTD, registration number 2026/686244/07, of 89 George Street, Hub24 Suite 2201, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7140, South Africa.

The company owns the site, its design, and the words, photographs, tour descriptions, guide pages, and shop copy that the house wrote or commissioned. It owns the names Cape Cultural Tours and Cape House Network as used for this house. It owns the compilation of the desks. © CAPE CULTURAL TOURS (PTY) LTD. All rights reserved.

Using the site, searching it, applying to the House Network, or making a booking is agreement to this section. It forms part of the booking terms. A guest who ticks agreement at payment agrees to it in that act. These terms bind the person who uses the site, and they bind CAPE CULTURAL TOURS (PTY) LTD.

Nothing on the site transfers ownership. A visit, a booking, a payment, an application, or acceptance as a partner does not give that person the site, the brand, or the house’s content. The only permission granted is to view the pages and to enquire or book for yourself. Any other use needs written permission from bookings@capeculturaltours.co.za before it happens.

You may not copy, scrape, republish, or sell the house’s pages, photographs, or tour copy. You may not use the company’s name, or a name close to it, to suggest that you are the house. You may not remove the copyright line.

A partner keeps the name, logo, and material that the partner supplied for their own door. Placing that material on the site allows the house to show it for the listing. It does not make the partner the owner of the site, and it does not make the house the owner of the partner’s own mark.

Maps, fonts, libraries and live data stay under their own licences. Those licences are not transferred to a guest or a partner by this section.

This section is governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. The courts of the Western Cape have jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away a right that South African law does not allow to be taken away.
