Seller terms

Draft. Sections marked [ATTORNEY TO CONFIRM] are under legal review.

CAPE CULTURAL TOURS (PTY) LTD (Reg. 2026/686244/07) runs the Shop and takes the payment. The seller is the maker or supplier of the goods. [ATTORNEY TO CONFIRM]

The house retains 11.5 percent of the amount actually received for a booking made through CAPE CULTURAL TOURS (PTY) LTD. That 11.5 percent is the house fee. The partner’s share is 88.5 percent, before any other written deduction.

The provider is paid from the company account after completion, and only a recorded EFT reference marks that payment.

An order is completed when the goods have been delivered or collected, and the 7-day cooling-off has passed with no return.

The seller promises that they own the goods; that the goods are as described, safe, and legal to sell; that the photographs are their own; and that they dispatch on time and pack the goods properly. [ATTORNEY TO CONFIRM]

The buyer may cancel within 7 days of receipt (ECTA s44). Defects may be raised within 6 months (CPA s56). The seller bears the refund. If the seller has already been paid, the house may recover it or deduct it from the next payout. [ATTORNEY TO CONFIRM]

Not allowed at launch: food, drinks, alcohol, medicines, supplements, wildlife products (ivory, rhino horn, skins, shells, quills, anything needing a CITES permit), antiques or heritage objects needing a SAHRA export permit, weapons, knives, fireworks, counterfeits or other brands' names.

The seller receives only the buyer’s name and delivery details, and only in order to deliver. Those details are not for marketing, and must be kept secure (POPIA). [ATTORNEY TO CONFIRM]

The director may pause or remove a seller or a product.
