How it works
A short guide to booking, listening and partnering with CAPE CULTURAL TOURS (PTY) LTD.

Choose a tour
Browse Tours, Adventures, Luxury, Motorcycles or Sea experiences and open a tour page.

Send a request to book
On the tour’s booking page enter your name, preferred date and number of guests and press “Request to book”. This is a request, not yet a confirmed booking.

We confirm by email
We reply from bookings@capeculturaltours.co.za with your CCT reference and the total.

Pay by EFT
Pay to the Capitec Business or FNB Business account of CAPE CULTURAL TOURS (PTY) LTD shown on the Booking terms page. Quote your CCT reference and email proof of payment. Your place is confirmed once the EFT is received. Card payment is not available yet.

Enjoy your day
We confirm the afternoon before. If weather calls a day off, the refund goes back by the same method you paid.

Questions
Is my booking confirmed when I send the form?
No. It is a request. We confirm by email, and your place is held once the EFT is received.
How do I pay?
By EFT to the bank accounts on the Booking terms page, quoting your CCT reference. Card payment is coming later.
